Regent Court

I had several occasions to go to Regent Court in Corvallis,Oregon. I had a sister who was placed there and recently passed away. She always related to me that she liked staying there very much. The facility always looked clean and orderly to me. She said the food was fine. She liked most everyone there and said they were very nice to her. I did have a slight problem getting her things together after she passed away at the hospital. I had some financial questions and a problem with a couple of things missing from her belongings. These got taken care of when I contacted an employee by the name of Lori Durham. She was one of the most pleasant and helpful employees I have ever encountered anywhere. She works in the financial department out of an office in Washington for Regent Court in Corvallis, OR. She was so pleasant to talk to and got all my concerns taken care of immediately all to my satisfaction. She always got back to me right away and provided me with answers to my concerns. I think Regent Court is very fortunate to have her as an employee. As far as me only giving 4 stars the reason is I do think the facility needs to add more activities to their agenda for their residents. I also think they need to keep the patients relatives a little more informed about things that arise with the patient. Other than that it seemed like a nice and safe place for the residents to stay at. I would definitely recommend it to someone looking for a facility to send their loved ones to for care.
