REGIONAL WEST VILLAGE

Village is quiet,Peaceful, friendly and very comfortable!!-- I LOVE ❤️ THIS PLACE!!!!

I lived there for 18 months , 14 months on 2nd floor, then moved to a smaller apt on the ground level. When I left ,I had difficulty getting my deposit back, plus some overpay . You must ask the cost for anything special, like helping you move from one apt to another, if you want your rooms painted a different color, fixing anything in your room, especially lifting or moving heavy furniture. I mostly enjoyed meeting new occupants and reconnecting with old friends I had known from years past. Food was disappointing except on certain shrimp days. You are on your own on weekends especially if an emergency happens.

My grandmother lives here. There was a mouse in her room and the facility director, Sarah, told her that they couldn’t do anything about it since it was after hours. My grandmother was understandably afraid to sleep in her room overnight. They did not provide her with any options on where else to stay, she had to call a family member to come pick her up so she could stay with them for the night. For a place that charges thousands of dollars a month for a studio apt, I am very disappointed in the director’s inability to take action or accountability for their poor leadership and lack of resources.

My mother lives here and can be a difficult lady at times. Staff and Sarah ( the manager) are all so very pleasant and professional. Would highly reccomend to anyone looking at an assisted living facility.

Visited a dear friend and I ask if she thought they would lease an apartment to me!!!! Gorgeous apartment with HUGE covered patio with shade trees!!!
