This place, where do I start?! They are off the charts amazing!!! The owner literally takes all my calls, texts, he’s so kind and responsive. The staff, who are there 24/7, are so helpful and if they don’t know the answer, they will find it and address whatever issue that arises. They are all so caring. The place is immaculate. I’m blown away at their level of care. My elderly aunt has been there only a few weeks and the transition was so smooth, they have bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. They have daily activities, you can just tell that all the residents feel comfortable and safe and cared for. I’ve never seen an assisted living I personally wanted to hang out at myself and felt like it was actually my family members’ home. Don’t look any further, they offer a wonderful price and so many services. Not so many residents that they are overwhelmed or become lost in th numbers. They’ve even memorized my aunts medications so when I ask, they literally recall every pill and the time. Just, come on, wow you guys. This place is such a gem!

We are all so grateful to Terry Reid and the superb, friendly, caring staff at Reid's for the excellent care they have given our Dad/Grandpa for two years. We appreciate the attention to detail in cleaning, assisting, dispensing medications, providing meals and snacks, and having supportive, fun activities (the Bingo games are legendary, as are outings in the limousine or shuttle bus). During the COVID-19 virus, the director and all of the staff have gone to superhuman lengths to protect every resident, including sacrificing time with their own families to limit exposure (thank you!). The staff is open, communicative, and easy to coordinate with in terms of doctors, medications, health issues, etc. And everything is always so clean! There is such a homey, welcoming atmosphere at Reid's. We toured the larger, cruise-ship type assisted living facilities with all the amenities (which are wonderful), but immediately felt a calming, peaceful feeling at Reid's that has always been the same since Dad moved in (one he knew best suited him). Expect inspired leadership and committed service from all the workers at Reid's. They are all very compassionate people who care for the individual as a real person. Because they are a smaller facility, they can pay more attention to each resident, meet their needs, and really care about them. We appreciate their integrity, empathy, and love. Reid's feels like a family home, and you can't beat that. Highest recommendation!

My father has been there for 9 months and loves the atmosphere and care provided. He feels at home. The staff are genuinely interested in him and the care provided is timely and individualized. The cost is very affordable compared to other centers that offer Level 1 care. It's a small center with 10-12 residents so everyone knows and looks after each other. Though Dad doesn't participate in most of the activities, they do have some planned events to provide the residents with some diversions. I highly recommend Reid's Park Place.

My father spent six happy years at Reid's Park Place Assisted Living. He had the best of both worlds--independence in his own private room and bath, while enjoying meals, medication, and housekeeping provided for him. If there was ever a fall or emergency of any kind, help was just a few footsteps away. The staff went above and beyond to help him with his individual needs. And, they always kept me informed of needs and issues as they arose. It is a clean, comfortable, homey environment, with kind and caring staff and residents. There is just a good feeling there. Also, between three meals a day in the dining area and a few other activities offered each week, residents can have as much social interaction as they desire in the common areas, and yet have the option to retreat to their own rooms as often as desired as well. It is very reasonably priced and offers the best care around. Reid's Park Place is a wonderful place to live for those needing a little extra help in their later years. It is an asset to our Springville community.

My mother has been at Reid's Park Place for over a year-and-a-half. My mother is not the happiest and easiest person to get along with. But I have been there very many times to visit and have found Reid's Park Place and there Assisted Living Personnel to be top-notch. Fresh food is always available. It's not like the other places I have seen where there's so much activity going on that a person of my mother's Assisted Living needs would be overwhelmed. Price-wise I think that Reid's Park Place is very good. I really particularly enjoy the availability of their staff to be spoken with and the job which they do to assist my mother. Danny pawelek
