RELIABLE OAKS ASSISTED LIVING

Reliable Oaks is a truly amazing facility. I have had several family members helped by the staff here; Mrs. Elizabeth, Mrs. Candice, Mrs. Mary, and so many more! The facility is clean, well kept, and provides wholesale meals; baked BBQ chicken, potato salad, and green beans! The staff helps with personal care, but goes above and beyond, they set hair appointments for residents! They truly treat people like family. I can't thank them enough for what they did for our family.

Reliable Oaks has taken such an amazing job of my mom while she is navigating dementia. Candice and Ledicia are wonderful caregivers to my mom.

Ms. Elizabeth and her staff are caring, wonderful people. My mom feels right at home. I am so grateful to have a place in our community who can care for my mom!

The management and staff do a wonderful job caring for the needs of residents. The facility is secure and always smells clean. Etelvina went above and beyond to get my mother ready for her 100th birthday celebration! The director Elizabeth’s attention to changes in my mother’s health recently allowed us to quickly respond and get her the medical attention needed for a speedy recovery!

Reliable Oaks is the best facility to have your love ones to be in a safe, loving environment. The staff is amazing with love and everything they do for our love ones to make them feel secure. My aunt has been in this facility around 7 years and she is very comfortable and love it here. I am so grateful for this facility & all of there support they give. Carolyn Allison
