I was treated very fairly. Rent was increased to the bare minimum. And moving out was a breeze. I only received charges that were completley justified, and they actually helped repair a few issues over charging me to replace them. Overall if you treat the apartment like an adult. They are an extremely fair and non stressful in my experience.
