RENACER ALF

My mom and I are very happy with this place and the care and love they give to my grandmother.

What can I say? Can I add one hundred stars? Everyone can agree that the service is excellent, the place is clean, and the food is very good and balanced to our loved ones' recommended diets. But these statements fall short. I rarely post any reviews on businesses unless they have provided a very remarkable service and something special stood out. So, this review deserves a short story. My mother is currently being taken care of here at Renacer ACLF. Before she needed to be in a facility, she was a healthy, active, and hardworking woman. Unfortunately, one day she suffered a stroke, and then she suffered about three additional minor ones in a span of two years. These strokes left her incapacitated. At the time, I was having serious financial struggles after losing my job due to the COVID lockdowns. So, I couldn't afford any nursing home in town. Our family and I were considering sending my mom back to her home country where I could potentially afford paying for someone to be with her 24/7. However, she would have been away from us, her family, and I had no guarantee that she would be taken care of properly. We found Renacer ACLF, I'd say, as a miracle, an act of God after many nights of hard prayers. One morning, the driver of the minibus from the clinic my mom used to go to overheard my conversation with my aunt about the urgent need of finding a place for my mom. This driver referred us to Renacer ACLF. I immediately reached out to Miriam. She was so attentive, thoughtful, very knowledgeable in the matter, and got involved in helping us get her in and finding a bed for my mom. I visit my mom very often, the facility is in close proximity to my family's house, and I can say with 100% certainty that my mom receives the best care a person with her condition can ever receive. Her medication is always in time, they get her ready on time for her medical appointments, and they follow up with any prescriptions or exams that the doctor has prescribed. I go to bed everyday with peace of mind knowing that my mom is well taken care of. I cannot thank this facility enough, the ladies that work in both shifts, and especially Miriam for her hard work dedication, and enthusiasm in making sure everyone in this facility has the right care tailored to each and every one of the residents' needs. May God bless this place and everyone involved in their day-to-day duties with all the residents; as I said earlier, finding this facility definitely feels like an act of God. Renacer ALF is a wonderful, safe place that feels just like home for my elderly brother. From the administrator to the staff, everyone at Renacer is professional and courteous. It’s easy to see how much everyone there loves being there, giving us peace of mind about having my brother there. They are in constant communication with our family providing updates about my brother’s health and needs, giving us an extra sense of security for our loved one there.

I'm pleased with the quality of care and attention from the staff. The premises are clean and the meals are nutritious and satisfying. My brother's needs are met in a timely manner and with good cheer.
