Nice facility but extremely long waiting list. Not a good fit for my father and his more urgent needs.

Don't bring your loved ones to this place no compassion no heart for caring for your loved ones. Had my mom in this heat n didn't care..

A former colleague has lived here for several years and I am acquainted with a few of the staff. My friend (who does not need a lot of care) reports she's very happy with the facility and the staff. My friend's one-bed apartment is small but it's clean, it's quiet, it's well-maintained (same for the common areas). There seems to be good support for things like transportation to appointments, shopping trips, and other outings. Recreation programs are pretty good and include music either by residents or by visiting performers. The food's not bad either :-)

Therapy worker didnt look through my grandmothers chart. Worked her ahoulder without knowing what happened and reinjured it because he loomed at the chart AFTER doing her exercises and moving her shoulder in ways it was not supposed to. Also had my grandmother anf grandfather fear one of the LPNs because she woukd yell at them. My mom was checking on her father and this LPN pushed my mom out of the way. I would not take my loved ones there again.
