Amazing staff and residents! Everytime I visit, the staff is always welcoming and smiling. The residents are in such great care. Its apparent and obvious that the staff and residents have a great relationship! Renaissance Senior Care goes far and beyond to make their residents happy and comfortable!

Staff truly cares about residents. Home cooked meals. Feels more like a home than a facility.

To Whom It May Concern: When you are looking at senior care for a loved one, the Renaissance Assisted Living home is a lovely option. This facility is small, homelike, and caring. It is full of natural light, comfortable, and well appointed. The kitchen is part of the whole home and food is made on site and fills the house with wonderful smells at meal time. Caregivers are well trained and provide personalized loving care to residents. My husband, Robert, has been a resident for seven months. He has made friends, enjoyed activities such as morning exercises, games, and crafts. As his condition has deteriorated over the months, his person care has increased, but these needs have been met with expert loving care. The staff and administrator are so respectful of the residents' wishes and always kind. Several staff have told me that they love the residents! The available services, such as nursing care, laundry, showers, and haircuts have been so appreciated as Robert has become less and less mobile. I am so thankful that I found Renaissance Senior Care for Robert. It has given me the confidence and trust to leave him in their care. I highly recommend their service. RENAISSANCE ASSISTED LIVING IS AMAZING. I consider them an addition to our family. 2 years ago a close family member was placed in a nursing home with dementia at the age of 65. She came to Helena from another city as she had dementia and could no longer be cared for in her home because of escalating aggression. She was placed in a nursing home where she had problems with a roommate that wanted to be with her all the time. This caused problems and her aggression could surface. We were told if it happened again she could be asked to leave the nursing home. This is the best thing that could have happened to her. Between the aggression and the structure of the nursing home with so many residents and so much going on in the nursing home all the time, we felt she would do better in a smaller setting. We began to visit assisted living places in Helena and found Renaissance and Roma Gleed. The decision to place her in Renaissance was made by the family and she was transferred here. She was placed in a double room to start with as that was all that was available at the time. She was lucky to get a really great roommate and they have never had one problem in the two years she was here. She adjusted to the place, the employees and residents and has had no aggressive out bursts while she was here. She did not pace any more, was happy and her quirky personality returned. She felt so much at home she would take naps on the living room couches, participated the activities, and enjoyed the common area with the other residents. We never had to worry about her while she was there as she was treated so well. She passed away recently and even in her last days the people at Renaissance made sure she was not alone and was comfortable. This was a great comfort to me and the family as I could not be with her all the time but I saw her regularly. I cannot say enough about Renaissance and the care they give their residents and how they treat the families. They will always be considered a part of my extended family and I am thankful we were able to place her in such a caring home. Julie B
