Amazing place—would recommend to any family. The staff is caring, eager to learn, and truly goes above and beyond. I was especially impressed by how they learned to communicate with a deaf resident. The activities are inclusive and engaging, and every visit felt like a second home. Great people and leadership—Jessica, Ashley, and Vanessa run a fantastic team.

My cousin lived here. She had diabetes. The manager insisted diet had nothing to do with blood sugar. When her blood sugar would drop to 50 or 60 the staff were told not to treat it as a medical condition and bring her orange juice when they got around to it. Some nice staff but mostly it was hell including refusal to follow Medicaid standards.

Wildwood Management continues to employ a man who physically attacked another employee on the facility premises. Also on 7/18/22 rehired the man who was attacked even though he was guilty of abandoning his duty station to meet the man outside. Because he left the facility unstaffed he quit. He is now rehired. I put in a written complaint but was not answered properly. I am a resident and although I have deep concerns about this matter the Manager of facility Renaissance Wildwood and CEO are not taking it seriously. Deeply dissatisfied and concerned.

Current management does not tell the truth, hides their actions from the state .Morning aides (Tuesday - Saturday) are the worst

The staff at Rosetta Assisted Living in Helena are exceptional! The care they give to the residents and all of their interactions are so kind and patient. I had heard positive things from friends who had had had family members reside there in the past, and when I had to move my parent into an assisted living facility, it became clear after visiting the homes in Helena and meeting with various staff that Rosetta was the best choice for our needs. At every turn Bonnie and her team exceeds my expectations, and knowing my parent is safe and cared for is tremendously helps alleviate some of the stress of an inherently stressful time.
