RESIDENCE AT WINTERS LLC

So rude and unprofessional. I called from another facility trying to provide information about a patient discharging back to their care. RUDE RUDE RUDE. I hate that it’s such a small town and people don’t have any other options because I wouldn’t want my family members staying here. I’ve never been inside so I can’t rate on that but I will say they could use some different staff.

I wouldn't stay at a place that doesn't pay there bills. They won't return phone calls or even try to set up a payment plan. Lesson learned from bailing them out with repairs to keep there doors open.
