RESIDENCE CLUB AT SEMINOLE

I assisted my brother in law in finding the Residence Club as his primary residence and have been very pleased. We were not sure if he could manage an ALF after numerous hospitalizations and rehab stays and thought that he might be seen as a nursing home candidate. However, Marilyn had us visit and thought that she could help my BIL stabilize and gave him a room closest to their areas of activity. Long story short, for the last year and a half he has flourished, has a nice clean private room in a well run and clean facililty! Thank you Marilyn and Team!

Highly recommend The Residence Club. The owners Marilyn and her husband are wonderful. My Dad has lived there 6 months and Marilyn takes excellent care of him. He’s showered everyday, meds managed, feed, laundry done, he’s in fresh clothes everyday, shaved. Marilyn truly cares about her residents, she knows my Dad loves church and she brings him with her every Sunday. Marilyn is also a nurse, as am I, her knowledge and care gives me such peace of mind.

Marilyn and her husband are the best caregivers in Pinellas County. As a case manager it is very difficult to find the right placement for my members. Marilyn goes above and beyond for her residents, and I trust her completely with their care. The facility is very clean, organized, and the food is delicious. None of my members ever complain about the food, the facility, or the caregivers. This is definitely a 5 star ALF facility. You will not go wrong with placing your loved one here.

My mom is a resident here and I am so thankful we found this beautiful home for her. She is so loved here and Marilyn especially goes above and beyond for her residents. My mom is so happy here she is always smiling when I see her and the place is so clean and smells like delicious home cooked meals. You know it’s a good place when you walk in and you’re Always greeted with smiles from all the residence. I highly recommend this home.

My mother has lived at the Residence Club for a year. She is very happy and comfortable living in a clean family type environment, receiving compassionate, skilled care. The meals are nutritious, well balanced and home cooked. It was the best move that we made for her.
