Resthaven Maple Woods

My grandmother lived here for a little over a year, spending time initially in the main section then in the dementia unit. She absolutely loved living there, made many friends, and said the staff treated her like family. I saw first hand the great treatment everyone gave her while she was there, and I would recommend this family in a heartbeat.

We are thankful for the care our mom has been receiving at Resthaven Maple Woods for the last 9 years. During Covid, we were very pleased with the efforts the staff took to communicate with us and for the concern they showed for her and for us. We would highly recommend this facility!

We moved my mom to Resthaven Maplewood cottages when we retired to the area. The staff have always been very caring and friendly. Mom considered them all to be friends.. They have always kept us informed of any concerns that they may have noticed to allow us to make sure everything was alright. During the covid period they were always looking at ways to keep everyone safe, while doing everything possible to still have some type of visits. We have always felt comfortable that mom was being well cared for.

The coordination of care for my mother began with the first phone call. The entire coordination team expedited the process for my mother to receive care at Resthaven Maple Woods. The staff at Maple Woods is excellent, compassionate, and attentive to all of my mother's needs. In addition, all COVID-19 safety protocol is in place and provides a safe environment. I knew when my mother needed additional care that I would choose Resthaven and it even surpassed my expectations. The individual attention and comfortable surroundings contributed even more to the knowledge that I may the right choice.
