The Retreat at Carrollton has been the biggest blessing for our family. When life threw my father a curveball, we needed a place for him to stay within a few short days. Tony answered the call of my searching, and he was exceptional from that moment forward. Tony’s peace and patience in the process blessed my unexpected scramble - he was incredibly understanding of our situation and was ready to help the entry process progress as smoothly and quickly as possible. The Retreat at Carrollton is a warm, welcoming home away from home for loved ones. The staff is kind and compassionate, the facility is new and well maintained, and the residents are friendly. Caring for our loved ones in their elder years can feel challenging - The Retreat at Carrollton was an answer to prayer when navigating life’s new needs.

The Retreat at Carrollton has been an incredible blessing for our family. From the moment my mother moved in, the entire team has gone above and beyond to make her feel welcome, comfortable, and supported. Nurse Kay, in particular, has been truly exceptional. She has shown remarkable patience, compassion, and professionalism while helping my mother adjust to her new environment. Her guidance and care have made a world of difference, and we are so grateful for her dedication. Every staff member we’ve encountered has been friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. You can tell they take pride in what they do and truly care about the residents. The facility itself is warm, inviting, and well-maintained, creating a wonderful place for seniors to thrive. I highly recommend the Retreat at Carrollton to any family looking for a supportive, compassionate assisted living community. They have made this transition so much easier for us, and we couldn’t be more thankful.

We moved my mother in law to the Retreat at Carrollton and we are delighted with the place! My mother in law is happy, socializes more than in her previous place, the staff does a great job on including her in activities despite her older age, they have a great menu and the facilities are fantastic. Brownie point for Tony, the Director of Operations, who was of great help at moving her in, making her feel comfortable, answering all of our questions, and keeping us posted of her “whereabouts”, whether she is attending a music concert or watching a movie with other residents. Another brownie point for the blonde lady Director of the Retreat, she was working late at night on Thursday Oct 30th, hanging the Halloween decor and making the place look truly wonderful! She didn’t have to, but there she was! Highly recommend so far!

Moving anyone into assisted living is difficult (on the families and the resident). It's a hard change for so many people, but The Retreat made everything smooth for us. They've been helpful, kind, and accommodating to our family member. They've made a challenging time a little easier. Highly recommend!
