VIVA SENIOR LIVING AT EASLEY

I find it interesting that most of the recent reviews here are from employees. That is to boost their star rating. This facility has changed names and been bought out multiple times since 2018. So, who knows what is next.

My mom Maria is very happy at the Retreat and that gives me a sense of comfort knowing she's being well cared for. The residents and staff are delightful.

My 87 year old mother has been at The Retreat since Nov 2021 and I am very impressed with the staff and accommodations. She recently was in the hospital and thought she was going to have to go to a rehab facility instead of back to The Retreat. Kevin, Gina and Seaira personally visited the hospital to assess my Mom's condition and spoke with the staff there and coordinated with them a plan that would allow my mother to return to The Retreat as opposed to rehab. They expressed genuine concern and caring, which meant the world to my Mom. Other staff were always inquiring about her and telling us they missed her as well when we had to go back to retrieve things from her room. I would highly recommend this facility.

Our Mom lived in Magnolias for a year and a half before passing. Our whole family was extremely pleased during the entire time she lived there. The staff really makes a concerted effort to create an atmosphere that is warm, friendly and engaging. Mom had only compliments for the caregivers, the activity director, the kitchen staff, as well as the cleaning, maintenance, and administrative staff. During her last days there my sister and I were overwhelmed with the kindnesses and caring for Mom. We are so thankful we all (including Mom) chose Magnolias!

My mother has been a resident at Magnolias’s of Easley for 9 months and is very happy. The facilities are clean, well lighted and resident friendly. Her room is a private place for her, but the public areas are available to socialize. The dining room is a gathering place three times daily and recently the menus have changed, giving the residents a wide variety of meal choices. The staff is helpful and friendly, genuinely caring for their residents. They help when needed, but are never overbearing. The nursing staff is very well trained. Mother feels safe and secure. I am very pleased with Magnolias.
