Horrible experience! You bring up issues, like laundry and food and they assure you they will have it taken care of. They don't listen and there are no consequences when errors are continuously made. Noone takes accountability! There are a few good workers but most lack care and ability to get the job done right. Activities are always on point though!

Colonial oaks is a wonderful facility full of caring and loving staff members. I couldn’t have picked a better facility for my dad they truly love what they do and it shows. He was treated with dignity and respect. He unfortunately passed there and everyone was so kind and loving to my dad and also to each of us.

I recently toured Colonial Oaks and was pleasantly surprised by the warm, homey atmosphere. While the building isn't the newest or most modern it's clear that the focus is on creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. There were activities going on during my visit, and the residents seemed engaged and well cared for. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions. If you're looking for a place that feels more like a home than a facility, this is definitely worth considering.

Colonial Oaks is absolutely incredible! From the moment you walk in you feel right at home. The entire staff genuinely cares about the work they are doing and you can see it in the faces of every one of their residents. It's so refreshing to know that the care and comfort of these residents is at the top of mind each and every day!

I cannot say enough good things about Colonial Oaks. Their staff is consistently warm, professional, and truly dedicated to the well-being of each resident. The atmosphere is welcoming and feels like home, and it's clear that compassion and respect are at the heart of everything they do. They go above and beyond to provide exceptional care and it shows in the smiles of their residents and the peace of mind of their families.
