RICE ESTATE - ASSISTED LIVING

I give 5 stars to Rice Estate with confidence! Rice Estate is the third Assisted Living facility that my parents have lived in. The other two promised the moon and delivered extremely poor care. Rice is the opposite. Night and day difference! Most residents keep their doors open and the staff keep very close eyes on everyone in their care. The Administrators and staff truly CARE about my parents. Their corporate office is local. Being a non profit organization, they put the care and well being of their residents before profit.

I was there for 2 and a 1/2 weeks recently left, had 2 broken legs, and I will tell you this facility is immaculate to keep it like a museum, and the whole facility is just clean, it smells good, shiny. The food I will tell you right now. You're going to get 3 hot meals a day. If you have a certain request, you simply ask, and they will go out of their way to get it.. And they will absolutely go out of the way to get it for you. The physical therapy, her name is Leslie and I'm telling you, she's tough. You will not be lazy around her. She will demand the best and demand is the right word. Also as it pertains to staff. It's just everybody is friendly. Everybody is kind, my personal cnas was awesome.. they treated me like royalty and health. It blew my mind. This facility is where I will definitely go. If I ever need to physical therapy again, nurses and cna's, arejust plain unbelievable. They do great work. The social worker, Miss Jane, she's on top of everything. It doesn't matter what you do. Tell her she's going to handle it. Love this place love these people. I want to mention Sandra. Rosie, Leslie, mahogany, and there are so many more. I can't name them all, but I'm here to tell you. This is a place for physical.Therapy rehab

Rice Estates Independent Living has had a great reputation in the Columbia area for years. We were fortunate to get my Mom moved in recently. The experience has been as wonderful as we all expected. The Rice Management team has been excellent. All questions / concerns are answered in a timely manner. A+ The facilities are modern, secure, clean & well maintained. Dinning has been a pleasant experience for Mom along with numerous social activities every week. Yes, We would highly recommend Rice Estates to anyone looking for Independent Retirement living in a beautiful secluded area In NE Columbia.

I highly recommend Rice Estate for Senior Living and Skilled Nursing/Rehab services. The community is a beautiful structure on the outside and the workers that are inside really brings the true beauty out. Nikki Ray takes her time to truly help families to ensure their needs are met. She is a wealth of information and resources. You won’t find a better senior living community and home like this!

My mom has been in Rice Estate assisted-living for a few months now and we love it. The care she gets, the care team. All wonderful. I finally have some peace of mind when I'm not with her. The food is delicious. She's actually gaining weight, which is a good thing. I highly recommend.
