DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE THERE !!! I wouldn't send my pet to this facility. From the time my Mother got there it has been one incident after another. THE DON KRISTY SUCK POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE NO COMMUNICATION SKILLS, allow staff to mistreat patients UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! But they will make sure they get paid for the stay but not make sure that the patients are being taken care of. The food they serve is HORRIBLE again wouldn't feed it to my dog! The patients have to do for themselves hours before anyone come and check on them. Imagine if your loved one fell, or Blood Sugar dropped and bottomed out, or in Cardiac Arrest or what about the patients who are none verbal and can't speak for themselves just sad. THIS NEEDS TO BE STOPPED THE NEGLIGENCE is starting to be the normal and it's sad you can't trust the ones that's supposed to care for you to make sure your relatives are being taken care of. Just collecting free checks. GET IT TOGETHER!

This facility is a hidden gem of the eastern suburbs of Cleveland! It’s is a campus consisting of assisted living buildings, a locked memory care building, and a skilled nursing building (for short-term and long-term care patients.) My mom was in the hospital after a fall at home, and someone had recommended the skilled nursing unit for her, but I didn’t know much about it. I came for a tour and I was so impressed! (Ask for Jamie- She is great!) It’s clean, there are no gross “smells” and the patients are visibly well taken care of. While my mom was a patient there, I was in touch with their social services department so often, and Emma is the BEST and most thorough and patient social worker I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! As for the nursing department, they have a Director of Nursing, Christy, who is so approachable and very familiar with each patient- it was very refreshing and reassuring. Her team respects her and they do their best with their patients. The administrator, Greg, was so visible and so accommodating. He is NOT one of those administrators who just sits behind a desk. Greg definitely has his finger on the pulse of the building (again, very refreshing to see!) My mom was sometimes difficult to deal with, but the staff was so caring- they love what they do here, and it shows. Granted, no facility is perfect- but I would recommend Richmond Heights Senior Living to ANYONE & EVERYONE! Any issue we had was immediately addressed and resolved. If you’re on the fence, you should come and check it out. You will be dazzled!

If there was a way to give this place 0 stars I absolutely would. These people pump the residents full of melatonin and sleeping agents so that the workers don’t have to be bothered. They don’t care about changing the diapers, bathing or general care. We thought that after installing the cameras that her care would improve however it only got worse. My mom has had several hospital visits since being there for dehydration, UTI’s, complications from the sleeping aids just to name a few. We spoke with the administrator as well as the DON Marquette who informed us that they would stop giving our mom the sleeping aids because they were never a part of her profile and she doesn’t want them. Nonetheless they were still giving them to her. This place needs to be shut down for elderly abuse among other things. The staff goes on break and goes to Dave’s supermarket and buys alcohol to get drunk at work and leave the patients unattended. They should never be in charge of the care of elderly people because they actually don’t care 😡
