My grandmother is at that age where she is no longer able to do certain things for herself. Working a full time job, just didn’t allow me to be there and help her out. I found 24 hour caregivers through a friend. Allen the case manager was very helpful and explained to me the whole process they sent a very nice caregiver that my grandmother loved. I like that, at anytime I call 24 hour caregivers, someone is always there to answer all of my questions and give me feedback on how things are going.
