No I'm not really

Staffing has improved greatly since 2021. Ridgeview is a little less expensive than others in the area. Sometimes shifts don't communicate back to other shifts, but that's to be expected a bit.

My grandmother was a resident at Ridgeview and then Prairie Ridge memory care for about 7 years. In the beginning, her care was very good but her last year in the memory care facility was very poor. The constant turnover with the staff was very disconcerting! The staff was always short handed and they seemed exhausted! I must say that Rebecca and Agwa gave my grandma exceptional care during their shifts. To whomever is managing this care facility I say shame on you! These older residents deserve far better!

My aunt had an injury here a few weeks ago where her ankle was ran over by her scooter from a staff member not following proper procedures, not only that the staff member didn’t report the incident so she went untreated for a day. That same staff member still works there, how many other things has been swept under the rug and gone unreported??

Laura and her staff are amazing! They really go above and beyond and have many awards to prove it. What a caring and great place! I highly recommend checking out this facility if you or a loved one is ready for this life transition.
