I am forever grateful for the love and care you gave to my Uncle Jerry during the time he spent at Ridgeway AFC. My anxiety levels, as well as my Uncles, were maxed out when we arrived at your facility. The first few nights were a bit rough for him (and me)but the staff assured me this was normal. After a couple days I began to see just how professional and caring the staff was with my Uncle. Adjustments were made to his meds and I truly started to see just how blessed we were to have landed at your doorstep! The level of care and attention to keep my Uncle safe and well was absolutely outstanding. They made sure he was consistently showered, had clean clothes, made comfortable and they let me know what snacks he favored so I could stock him up! It truly was the little details of his care that made all the difference. His dementia was progressing, but they created a safe environment. The staff was very observant and made adjustments as needed for Jer Bear (the sweet nickname they gave him). I observed the staffs interactions with the other residents and felt very much at peace with my decision to land at Ridgeway. I’m a firm believer that the success of any company/business survives or fails based on the management and staff from the very top on down. William Gross (Owner/ CEO), Demarus Mullins (House Manager)….. you’re awesome. Salena, Jenna and all the staff…. Love and respect you all. Kinda got attached to many of the residents too. The staff and new owners at Ridgeway are absolutely amazing. They take great care of their residents and take pride in the building and it shows.

The staff of Ridgeway Assisted Living and Memory Care are amazing to work with. The staff is always pleasant. The clients always look engaged. They are invested in each and every client in the home. I believe the Manager, Demarus (Dee), has much to do with the environment of the home. She is a joy to be around and her enjoyment of her job shows. She is always willing to help with whatever is needed in a prompt and professional manner. This home provides a calm, happy, sensory driven environment that allows each resident to be engaged and settled in their environment. I would give this home 10 stars if it were an option.

Ridgeway has seen a remarkable transformation since coming under new ownership in 2024. The improvements are clear the moment you step inside—the environment is clean, peaceful, and feels more like a home than a facility. The staff are genuinely kind, attentive, and treat the residents with a level of care and respect that stands out. Whether you're a visitor or a family member, it's easy to see that the residents are more comfortable and happier. The new leadership has clearly made quality care their top priority, and it shows in everything from the warm, welcoming atmosphere to the professionalism and compassion of the team. Ridgeway now feels like a true community, and that makes all the difference.
