Ridgewood Health Campus

My grandma gets the best care! All the nurses/aides/staff are so kind. My grandma loves it and is so happy here. I am a ADON myself at a different skilled nursing facility and I'm impressed with how amazing this facility is and I'm so glad my grandma is so well taken care of.

I couldn't be happier with the excellent care my mother recieved at Ridgewood. The staff is attentive, caring , and knowledgeable and it's obvious they care deeply about the residents. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

My wife's Aunt spent a little over a year here. She began quite well but did decline during her stay. The girls were excellent in caring for her. She became quite loved by "some of" the staff . And she loved "some of" the staff. She laughed and had such a good time during her stay. She was recently given days to live after being put on hospice and the staff were great through it all. Snack carts were brought in daily for visiting family and for my wife who was there the most. After she passed, a couple single staff members came to the funeral home to pay respects. However, she was not recognized by the owners or administration. Her stay was an expensive one but that did not matter. Whatever she needed. You would think the facility would send condolences. No card, no flowers, no phone call. I have no more words.

The first thing that you notice is how clean it smells and looks. My mother is here for rehab to help build her strength up again so she can come home, and when she calls for an aide they come quickly. The food is good, and her treatment is wonderful. I would recommend Ridgewood Campus to anyone.

The employees at Ridgewood are truly extraordinary human beings. They cared for my Mom with such loving kindness, were attentive and professional, and acted as if every resident was a member of a special and important community. Kudos to and many heartfelt thanks from our family.
