Couldn’t say enough about Farrah, Tiffany and the Excellent Nurses and Staff at Ripley. They have given my mom new life, and I have no worries with her there. Ripley Crossing is an answer to our prayers! Thank you to everyone there.

We took a loved one there after a negative experience at another facility. In 4 weeks she turned around and has a quality of life back. If left at the previous facility, she would not have lasted. Thanks to everyone for caring for Phyllis.

My dad, a dementia patient was at Ripley because I heard they specialized in dementia care. My dad is a mild mannered southern man and I wanted the best for him. This was the worst thing he has ever been through, he was sent to a psych ward after a short time there . It was terrible there and I was crushed that he was being treated so unfairly. I wonder how many others this has happened to?? And been charged for holding the bed for him???

I can not express the gratitude I have for you all at Ripley crossing!. My husband was in there almost 9 months. He recently passed. From the minute we walked in the door, till i walked out by myself, the staff was awesome! I owe a special thanks to the girls in wing 2: Kim, Ashley, Amber, Jenna, Melissa, Sherri, and liz...❤ I will be forever greatfull for everything and everyone that took care of not only my husband, but also me. After a long and trying month of talking to doctors, running tests, and spending days with my Mother in a hospital room. Then the Doctors told us, there really wasn't much more the hospital could do to get Mom back to herself again, and recommended a long term care facility. We checked around and talked to lots of folks. The same name kept coming up, Ripley Crossing at Milan Indiana, for a real place with real people that care for their patients like family. We decided to take Mom to Ripley Crossing and follow the path the Lord set for her. It wasn't long until she went home to be with the Lord. I just felt the need to tell anyone looking, for a the best care facility I know about. Check out Ripley Crossing. The staff there took excellent care of Mom and her loved ones in that difficult time.
