Rittenhouse Village At Michigan City

The staff in the Memory Care unit provided care for my mother from May until last week when she passed. The care she received from every staff member was unique, professional and compassionate. Many of the staff there care for family members of their own who suffer from dementia and this makes them so very compassionate. They receive training in dementia care. They treated my mother and our family wonderfully and were fierce advocates in her final days. I would recommend this facility to someone seeking care for a dear family member.

From my first visit I knew Rittenhouse of Michigan City was the right place for mom. Every staff member is professional, personable and obviously very caring. The facility is welcoming, bright, airy and refreshing. There are activities and outings for all interests. Stephanie Olson, Director of Sales, has been willing to spend as much time as needed to answer any and all questions, and address any concerns. Her smile lights up the room!

We feel very blessed to have Rittenhouse Village in our lives. Every individual who works there is so kind, caring and welcoming. It has also been such a pleasure to meet the residents. They are the sweetest people ever. The facility is clean and cheerful, and the activities and outings are wonderful. Thank you for all you do to make our lives better. It is so appreciated.
