River Crossing Assisted Living

River Crossing Assisted Living is wonderful! They have some of the nicest staff! The community is very welcoming and the residents get to do all kinds of fun stuff each week. They even invite the town to come visit and join in on the fun. I highly recommend River Crossing for anyone who is needing or looking for quality assisted living.

We had to find a place for my dad with autism to live when he was diagnosed with early onset dementia. River Crossing is such a wonderful place for its residents to maintain their independence but still receive care that they need. The staff is so kind, attentive, understanding, compassionate, and most of all patient when taking care of him. It's been a very difficult transition as my father has come to the realization he can no longer live on his own. River Crossing has helped him and his family, cross that difficult bridge while helping him maintain his dignity especially with his age and early onset of his condition. The staff also answers my phone calls and concerns quickly, efficiently, and with so much compassion. The facility itself is so nice,clean, and well maintained. My father has been able to come out of the shell and make friends with other residents. He now sits with them every day eating in their fabulous dining area. For years my father had essentially been self-isolating himself and we have been very concerned and now love seeing that he is now able to forge relationships with other people outside of his immediate family. We love the activities that the facility provides especially the ones that also involve family and the community like the Easter egg hunt. My Dad loved walking around and collecting eggs with his grandson! We really could not recommend a place anymore than River Crossing. They go above and beyond what I expect in assisted living care and I would trust no one else more with my fathers well being.
