River Crossing Assisted Living

My dad has been here since August of 2025. He unfortunately has dementia and I needed to move him to an assisted living. This has been the best thing for him and he really loves it. He has acclimated well and that is due to the staff. They are very kind and always helpful. If an issue does arise they will call me and we address it. There are couple people that I want to particularly mention. Kiara head of nursing is great to deal with and understanding. Then there is Thomas a nurse that my dad just loves. He treats him with kindness and always with a good attitude. Thanks to everyone for making my dad feel at home!!

From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and cared for. The staff is compassionate, attentive, and truly treats residents like family. The communication is excellent, the activities keep residents engaged, and the level of personal care is outstanding. You can genuinely tell this isn’t just a job to them — it’s a calling. I was beyond grateful for the kindness, patience, and dignity they show every single day. Highly recommend to any family looking for a place they can trust.

River Crossing is a wonderful community with a warm welcoming atmosphere. The events and activities are fun and well planned. You can tell the residents really enjoy living there. Highly recommend!
