River Pointe Health Campus

I have visited my Aunt the past 2 weeks and I am so impressed with Riverpointe. There is such a positive atmosphere the minute you walk in the door. The staff and residents are all so friendly, helpful and welcoming. You hear laughter and happy conversation. The building is beautiful and brightly decorated. The room and sitting rooms are bright and cheerful. What a wonderful place.

My mother-in-law was in River Pointe on Galaxy Drive in Evansville twice in 2024 for rehabilitation from a fall. In January she transitioned into assisted living. She really enjoyed the food and activities and made some new friends. She looked forward to going to the dining room to eat her meals and playing bingo. The staff was always helpful.

My sister has happily resided at River Pointe for 5 years. She is happy and this makes us happy. She loves her staff and kitchen staff so much, she is a joker and they all joke with her regularly. I love that she jas friends and the staff call me by name. Great place.

My mom has been at RiverPointe for 5 1/2 years. She has enjoyed the activities, the dining experience and the family events that they schedule. The beauty shop is convenient and greatly appreciated. The facility is clean and attractive. The staff is friendly and helpful and as mom has the need for more assistance they have shown kindness and caring. When I have questions or concerns I can always find someone that will find the answer for me. Considering the issues that long term care facilities have encountered with Covid and staffing shortages I feel that River Pointe has done a great job providing the care my mom has needed.

My Mom has been in River Pointe since 2020. It was the height of Covid yet she was treated very well. Her assisted living experience was great. We could visit as often as we wanted and take mom out any time. Just walking around the grounds was so nice. She was also a participant in the activities provided. If it involved art, (which it often does) Mom was there! Her transition to skilled Nursing was a difficult time but the staff has gotten to know Mom and helped make that move go smoothly. When I visit with Mom, so many staff members come up and say hi and call her by name. They chat with her for a couple of minutes as they pass by and it’s super sweet. We definitely made the right choice moving Mom to River Pointe. She is happy, comfortable and treated with respect.
