River Ridge Assisted Living

This is absolutely a great place to stay. I just can't say enough great things about them. The front desk staff is awesome, the rooms are super clean, they are pet friendly, and on top of all that they feed you breakfast. There is also fun bars & night entertainment places. We will definitely come here to stay again & highly recommend it to everyone.

We went to Trick or Treat lastnight!!! We called in advance to be sure the residents would be able to enjoy the children. We arrived an hour into their 2 hour trick or treating time!!! Not a single resident was able to enjoy their costumes. I'm not sure what they had them doing but we were reluctantly greater by one staff member. We are very saddened that they did not put in their efforts for their clients. :(

I have been meaning to write this for a while and life was busy. I had a very good friend at River Ridge, who has since passed, but the care she received was outstanding. The facility has a very family and homey feeling, everyone was always happy and it was fun to watch the close relationships between residents and staff as well. I hope if I ever need a facility that my family chooses this one or one similar. No one there feels like a chart there.

Bryan Beckman My 88 year old mother (Ruth) is a resident at River Ridge Assisted Living, and it is very heart warming to hear her say how she feels safe and well taken care of there.. the staff and the Director (Tina) always make sure that they take the time to check in on her and see how she is doing, as well as the rest of the residents there. Mom loves that they are willing to take them on field trips around the Billings area a few times a year.. especially going to Zoo Montana to see the animals, and don't forget the occasional ice cream cone! Thank you Tina, and staff at River Ridge for the care and love you show to the Senior citizens at your facility : )

After months & a long search for an assited living place for my 87 year old mom with dementia, I finally found River Ridge Assisted Living. Tina did an assessment on my mom before they accepted her. Move in day was kind of bittersweet because it's a BIG change for my mom. Tina was able to calm her down for most of the day. The 2nd day, my mom had some kind of problem with Tina & her staff. I don't know what was said to my mom to upset her! I STILL don't know the FULL story! Anyways, instead of working with my mom, they DIDN'T allow her to live there. They kicked her out because of 1 incident!!!! What kind of a Assisted living place is this? So, my mom is technically "homeless" now & has NO place to call home at this point. On top of that, they have the BALLS to charge my mom almost $1200 to keep her stuff there for 1 week! I would NOT recommend this place to my WORSE enemy! Look out Billings! DO NOT PLACE YOUR LOVED ONES AT RIVER RIDGE ASSISTED LIVING IF YOU CAN HELP IT. You don't want to go through the same experience I had there with my poor mom last week. WORSE assited living place on earth 🌎. You DID an assessment on my mom before you ACCEPTED her. Obviously, you guys shouldn't be in this business of caring for older folks! Maybe you need NEW management. Your response SUCKED as a business owner. Yes, I edited my review on your place! You have NO business charging my mom $1200 for her belongings (4 pieces of furniture) for 1 lousy week!!! Nor everyone CAN afford to be ripped off $1200 to store one week of belongings. You're worse than the storage unit places. They only charge $150 or so a MONTH. Her bed. 1 night stand, 1 dining table with 2 chairs & a couch. You, as owner, obviously don't give a hoot on your 1 star rating from me & others. I will definitely contact the Better Business Bureau in this particular case! I believe in KARMA & how you treat others. What goes around WILL come around.
