We recently moved our mother to River's Edge and have been very pleased with the friendly, kind, and compassionate care given to her. We had explored a number of options for our mother's care, and River's Edge came out on top. The facility has been refurbished and all of the spacious rooms are private. Jesus in sales was absolutely AMAZING! He was extremely patient and helpful in answering our many questions, and very helpful in getting Mom settled there.

During a difficult time we had to urgently find assisted living for my dad. We called around, but were stuck leaving messages. And then we called Rivers Edge. Jesus answered and was absolutely amazing! He was kind and understanding and answered all of our questions. He worked with us to get everything we needed in a timely manner. The actual facility is so nice. The rooms are upgraded and redone. My dad raves about the food and loves the staff. I highly recommend this very affordable and outstanding facility!!

We just moved my Nephew to Rivers Edge. The staff is so helpful and eager to make the residents feel at home. Jesus in sales made it so easy to get him in to the facility. I have called him several times with questions and he has been so helpful. Thank you River's Edge for everything.

Upon my recent visitation, to say I was greatly satisfied is an understatement. The facility was neat clean and well managed. My grandmother has been living there for a while and never once has she complained about her care giving. If I could rate the company 6 stars I would! Thank you for everything you do rivers edge!

At the beginning of 2020 my Grandmother had a nasty fall, broke her hip and sadly began her decline in health. By April of that year, she was in and out of a Rehab Hospital. I tried taking care of her, but realized quickly that it would not be possible. My Grandmother was admitted to the Hospital for heart related complications weeks later and by that time it was obvious I would have to admit her to some kind of Nursing Home/Assisted Living facility. All Assisted Living/Nursing Homes that I contacted were full at the time, and I was not pleased with the Insurance provided one my grandmother was living in. I was lucky enough to find Rivers Edge, which had just opened its doors a few months prior. The Facility is nice and new and located in the center of Yuma, it took me 5 minutes to drive there from my house. Jesus made it very easy for me to come by, fill out the paperwork and have my Grandmother admitted by the end of the day. My Grandmother only spent a week at Rivers Edge before she passed. The facility was nice, had multiple caring nurses which were always friendly and accommodative. The food was good. They have their own meals prepared on site. I was allowed to visit pretty much anytime. The rooms are small, but cozy and thus very affordable compared to other Assisted Living places. I was allowed to bring in furniture to make my Grandmother more comfortable. The Maintenance guy will gladly help you hang pictures in your loved ones room, or other minor things. Because my Grandmother only stayed a week, I was surprised when I received a partial refund of my total bill for that months stay. After her passing. They also have a recreation room, where the residence can hang out. There are some nice outside areas, parking is easy for moving furniture in and out, and if your loved one is in a wheel chair they will have an easy time driving them self around the garden path to the patio, and to the Kitchen as long as they are renting one of the ground floor rooms. Overall I was extremely happy and recommend Rivers Edge to anyone who is in need of caring/Medical assistance for a loved one. My only regret is, that I was not able to get my Grandmother over to Rivers Edge sooner.
