A nice place with great staff and friendly people.

My mom has lived here for years. It is a very safe place for her. It is gated, and the front desk is manned at all times. There is a Publix a block away and all kinds of restaurants here on Riverside. The rooms are clean and cozy, and the staff is very helpful. Not to mention the view, her room overlooks the St. John's river. Beautiful! Top marks for this place.

Gosh I would really NOT want to live at this place. Mainly for seniors and many have disabilities, so it certainly fills their needs. I'm sure they are happy there. I was visiting a friend there who doesn't need assisted living, so saw her room. As Basic as it gets. Also, saw cockroaches in the room and hallway. NOT a place for me.

My elderly mother of near 90 lives at this facility for the better part of a year now and she loves it! the quarters are perfect for her personal needs - very clean and well kept facilities and grounds. The community is very self contained and gated safe just a couple of blocks from some of the most stunning Jacksonville River views and park(s). Centrally located at 5 points, this is prime Jacksonville real estate, however the rents at the complex is catered to those of fixed income and budgeted individuals. the staff is wonderful and caring, and was so helpful in assisting me with having my mom move in - feels just like FAMILY. We are SO grateful for this place!

This place has a big huge pit bull that lunged at my son in the dog walking area. This place is a huge hazard. The wall on one side of the dog walking area is only about 3 feet tall, and a dog could easily jump over it. The dog was not on a leash , which is against guidelines.
