Riverview Senior Living

My mom moved into Riverview a little over a month ago. Staff at Riverview helped tremendously with all the paperwork and were always available when we had questions about the move in process. The facility is beautiful and is located close to dr offices. Staff are friendly and caring; they do everything possible to assist us in meeting my mom's needs.

Very unprofessional staff. They make appointments then don't show or even bother to communicate. Made me and fiance very uncomfortable putting his mother in their care.

I have only lived here a couple of days, but it's been a wonderful place to be so far. The personnel are helpful and welcoming, asking if I need anything and always know who the right person is to ask a question. I believe everyone goes out of their way to make you feel at home from the get-go. I'm happy to be here!

Riverview provides an essential function in Juneau with its memory care facility. The community itself is luxurious with accommodating and friendly staff and gourmet food. There’s lots of play and socialization with organized activities, game, and movie nights, and even music and dances. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for senior or memory care.

Alyssa and everyone at Riverview was super helpful and caring! We ended up having to take my dad down south because of his medical needs but we just loved our tour of Riverview!
