Riverway is a wonderful facility. Their staff is so caring and so concerned with solving problems and helping their patients and residence to have the very best possible quality of life. They go to the extra mile they really do show love and concern to their patients. In their busy world of so many to dos, They take the time to remember the one the resident in front of them who needs them. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

My wife has dementia, Alzheimer's disease. Last month, I needed to travel out of state, and my wife stayed at Riverway assisted living and memory care for one week. This was our first experience with an assisted living/memory care facility. After visiting and touring the facility we felt comfortable with the cleanliness of the facility, the amenities, and specially the wonderful staff. Everyone come from the front desk staff to the caregivers, was incredibly accommodating, kind and helpful. Cindy patiently answered all of our questions, showed us the room, and explained the services they provide. Mickie was very helpful with the paperwork process, and I appreciated Kirsten's daily text updates about my wife's activities and overall condition. The care, communication and kindness from everyone made a difficult situation much easier for our family.

Riverway Assisted Living is an exceptional facility. Our mom really fought leaving her house but within 1 month of living here she said, "It feels like home." We looked at a dozen different assisted living places and found in Riverway the very best place for her. It is clean, quiet, comfortable, and every single staff member has made this transition a positive experience. In every way.
