Riverway Assisted Living and Memory Care

I cannot sing praises sweet enough to express the Gratitude I have for the care staff at Riverway. They truly care and love my mother. She has lived here for about 5 years, she has a rare genetic disease that causes early dementia and strokes. We wanted her to have a place she could make long term memories before an inevitable big stroke. It was the best decision we made for her. No longer having to worry about her accidentally over or underdosing meds, having someone there 24hr in case of stroke or falls. She has made the deepest friendships of her life here. What a blessing! The people who work here are truly amazing, the admin know every single resident by name and their quirks. Recently my mother fell and broke her hip and then fell and had a brain bleed (at no fault of the facility), the fall cameras in room allowed for speedy care. Thank you Mickie, Meg, Lisa, Karen and all the other care staff for the superb care, love, and attention you have given to my mother and our family over the years. 🥰❤️

When looking for an assisted living for my parents, we looked at several different places. Riverways was by far the best as far as friendliness of staff, pricing, apartment sizes, and activities. Miki, Meg, and Cindy all went above and beyond to work with us and answer any questions we had. My parents have been there for about 8 months now and we have been so pleased with their care. Everyone from direct caregivers, medical staff, cooks, house keepers, receptionists, maintenance and administration have all been wonderful. My mom has Alzheimers and the staff work so well with her and her needs. My parents love all of their friends at Riverways. It feels like one big family. On a scale of 1-10, I give it a 20!

As soon as we walked through the front door we knew this was the place we wanted my mom to live. Every staff member is warm, welcoming and truly concerned for her well-being. Mickie has been an angel to work with and so accommodating with changes to her needs. Moving mom out of her house was a very difficult decision but I’m so happy we did because our hearts and minds are at peace with her here at Riverway.

Riverway is amazing! They take such great care of their residents. The administration and staff is so kind and attentive. Their facility always looks great and they make it feel like home!

During the difficult time of locating my mom into a memory care unit, the staff at Riverway were absolutely amazing. We are a bit demanding as there are 4 of us children, all opinionated - yet Riverway took the time to answer everyone's questions, and provide insight into the future care for mom. Quite simply not only is the facility kept clean with friendly and knowledgeable staff, they truly care. I'd recommend Riverway Assisted Living and Memory Care to any one who requires this level of care.
