My dad decided he wanted to have a little more help as he’s aging. We met Sue and KC For a tour and discussion how it all works. They are extremely capable and helpful with the process. I’m sure if you’re like me, if you’re comfortable with understanding what’s going to happen - you feel better about having your Aging Parent in a place that you know they’ll be happy Everyone has been so kind and nice and caring. I had a couple of meals with my dad. The food is very good. They have lots of activities like movie day, Church Bible study crafts speakers come in and talk and of course, the dreaded bingo, which is actually quite fun!! It’s a very positive building. As the grandsons say The vibe is good!! Check it out, you will not be disappointed And you’ll probably want to sign up right in the spot And they value Veterans!!

Having worked in the eldercare business for many years in Miwaukee, we helped our elderly parents choose Riverwood Assisted Living in Wisconsin Dells near their home, for their final living arrangements. This is by far one of the best facilities I have experienced for personalized care. The management staff is more than attentive, they are hands on to know each resident intimately. The kitchen staff provides great food and personalized meals when requested. I cannot say enough good things about the care staff who are consistent in their care, seemingly lower turnover than other places, and just so very genuinely kind. Our parents were there for four years so we know how they excel taking care of residents for the long term. The facility provides lots of engaging activities to involve families. Riverwood is by for the most unique community I have ever been a part of! There are some of the most amazing care staff and residents and I am truly blessed to be apart of such a wonderful community!!!!
