This place is amazing. The staff is caring and they really look out for the residents. We love all the activities and opportunities to socialize.

Staff is very slow to reply to call buttons & if you do anything the owner feels threatened by he will then threaten you with lawyers etc. Even if you're NOT wrong. This place makes me sad. My uncle was failed greatly!

Do not put family members in here as their staff will leave them soiled and on the floor for hours before helping them! Very disappointing!

These people have my 80 year old grandma in the hospital getting emergency surgery!!! If you care about your grandparent or parent do NOT send them here. My grandma had her call light on for an HOUR, fell on the floor waiting to get assistance to the bathroom and laid ON THE FLOOR FOR 30 MINUTES SCREAMING AND CRYING. She could hear people talking THATS how close to her they were. They most definitely heard her. They let her soil herself, and let her use the bathroom unassisted when she’s a high fall risk. Short staffed or not, they should not be trusted with your loved ones.
