Can't even call a resident! Everytime i call one of the residents it rings several times and i get this message, "You have entered an invalid number. Please enter the destination mailbox" ?!?!?!. What kind of nonsense is this???

No one will return calls. Took days to get medication. Staff does not introduce self. DON and Executive Director do not return calls. Why did I order/pay for all the adaptive care items for my mother. What do the social workers/discharge planners do? And dirty, backed up toilet in shower room, no labels, pt Id on lotion, soap etc.

I have NEVER smelled urine here. I don’t know about the doctor in charge but I do know that the physical therapists do a good job of getting their patients inspired to do their best.

Staff is very rude. Smelled like urine. Floor was sticky.
