I deliver medication to this facility and the front desk staff are so rude. Denise and the other lady has long straight gray hair. I am a very kind person and cannot believe how I am treated so rudely by these two every time I go into the facility to deliver hospice medication. The lady with long gray hair ignores me, pretends that she doesn’t see me and the Other lady Denise with blonde hair is aggressive And even more rude.

As a senior placement advisor, I have had the opportunity to tour and work with many assisted living communities, and this one truly stands out. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to support residents’ comfort, safety, and quality of life. The leadership and care team are exceptional—professional, compassionate, and highly responsive-thank you Jessica. Their commitment to resident-centered care is evident in every interaction, from clear communication with families to the consistency and kindness shown to residents each day. This is a community where dignity, respect, and genuine connection are clearly prioritized. Families can feel confident knowing their loved ones are supported by a knowledgeable and caring team in an environment that truly feels like home. I highly recommend to stop by and tour this community.

My father moved here in 2020 and lived here for over two years until contracting covid from an unknown source within the building, being hospitalized and eventually being moved to a memory care facility due to Robson being unable to handle his care. Note: the nursing staff being unable to handle a person with dimensia and COVID (which as stated, he contracted within the facility ) actually suggested that we bring my father into our home and then back-peddled this when legal action was brought up. Robson itself is beautiful and well maintained, the general staff were extremely accommodating, the restaurant has a very good selection and the food is extremely good. They offer a variety of activities but residents unfortunately need to be younger and completely self sufficient in order to truly take advantage of what they offer. The rooms are spacious but do have technology that seems a bit too advanced for some of the older residents. This is a wonderful place for elderly folks who are a bit more independent but Robson does unfortunately lack the knowledge of how to properly care for people who need more daily assistance and who may be slipping into the beginning stages of alzhimers or dementia. I would recommend this facility for folks who can actively care for themselves, drive to get their own groceries and who are still very cognitively aware. For people who are more in need of daily help with the basics of their lives, either look somewhere else or have a backup plan for when their health begins to deteriorate. Robson is an active retirement resort but is not really a "care" facility.

Our Mom and Dad moved to Pebble Creek in Goodyear AZ in 1994. After our Dad passed a few years ago, and with Mom growing increasingly lonely and unable to physically function as well as she once did, we decided to move her to Robson Independent Living. That was 20 months ago. To say that she has been very happy here would be an understatement. She is so involved with her new and ever growing group of friends... sharing various activities such as Bingo, movies on site in their cushy theater, attending theme events throughout the year, in house Mass, and other amenities. Robson's beautiful dinning room is second to none with 5 star food. She and her friends meet each day for dinner. We are so blessed that she has found a new life and purpose at Robson. And to make all of this happen, Robson provides a wonderful, kind, professional staff. From the Administration... to the kind and caring support staff, Mom is very happy to be living in this beautiful, secure facility. Even more, her apartment has a full kitchen, a balcony, and even her own laundry. While Robson provides the excellent restaurant and laundry service, she is happy to still be able to cook, bake and do her own laundry whenever she gets the urge... though I must say, she really digs the food that the chef's turn out on a daily basis. They even have a bakery/coffee style area that she frequents in the mornings to enjoy with other residents. It's wonderful to see her growing circle of friends interact and enjoy each others company. And now, as Mom has suffered some recent physical setbacks, we are happy and reassured that this marvelous staff and facility will continue to support her as she begins to transition to Assisted Living. A special shout out to Jill Romo who has been an interictal part of the reason that Mom's needs have been met so successfully at Robson. We remain grateful that our Mom lives in Robson of Goodyear AZ. Robson is by far the best choice for Independent and Assisted Living in the West Valley.

This community longs for nothing. The expansive and pristine kept resort like senior living space has everything that is important for those transitioning into independent or assisted living. Balconies WITH storage space, side by side washers/dryers in a separate laundry room, built in shower benches and grab bars, wide doorways and walkways, endless common spaces with multiple libraries, conference rooms, work spaces, gym/therapy spaces, courtyards and dining options. I loved the huge dog park. The hands on team at Robson Pebble Creek makes me feel confident in referring my clients and families to this best kept secret in Goodyear!
