The staff are always so kind and welcoming. Shanon, Monique, and Daisey do a great job. I've personally seen the administrator, Shanon jump in to help any department including steam clean floors and cook in the kitchen. It's nice to see an administrator make sure the residents are taken care of.

Shanon and Monique are exceptional administrators. They go above and beyond to help us. They are approachable . They came and cleaned our house when our house cleaner was sick. Plus Shanon saved my life yesterday when I was choking. (for which I am grateful) . Feel free to spoil them rotten and to give them a raise. Sincerely, Marcia Livingston.

I have lived here for 2 years with my wife and I have been through three directors I need directions we have now Shannon she's the best this is the first time this building has been full in the history of this building Shannon will go out of her way to make sure everything is just right and comfortable for you I have never met a better group of people in the stats it's working here and the residents that live here they're the best if I could give this place a 10-star rating I can't I can only give it a five but that's good enough I would suggest anybody bringing their family here to be taken care of at any point in their life when they need care as a resident I love this place the stock is the best I've never met staff as good as this place

My mother, Shirley Davis, was a resident here for years. She passed a few days ago and our family is so grateful for Rocky Mountain Care, their employees, and their fabulous residents. This is a wonderful facility and they work so hard. My 8 year old son loved coming to visit his grandma in her castle. They always treated my mom and our family so well. These people care. It also doesn't hurt that the facility itself is beautiful. Special thanks to Jackson. He went above and beyond to make sure my mom's voice was heard. My mom spoke of him often. My mom was moved in an emergency to their memory care unit in Orem, and the exceptional care continued. Because of the emergency transfer, my mom wasn't able to bring most of her belongings. She was downsizing from a huge studio apartment type of situation to a typical size room. Jackson would make trips to bring my mom her things as needed. These 2 facilities are not close to each other, they are a full town apart. Daisy is a literal ray of sunshine and always made sure our questions were answered. She constantly told us how much my mom was cared for and appreciated. My mom was treated with dignity, respect, and love. I couldn't have asked for more. When you are unable to care for your own parents in your home, Rocky Mountain Care is the type of place you want your parents to be. Thank you. If you can't be at your own home, this is definitely the best place to be! I say this because I love the people here both staff and residents. They have all been so good to me and accepted me. It is so clean and spotless. The building and grounds are so beautiful. We don't have time to get bored because our lovely Krista, activities director, keeps us entertained all the time with a variety of fun and engaging activities. My family is very happy with me being here. They love it as much as I do!
