I have lived in this community for 10 years. I am leaving because the rent goes up every year and is now above market, and I know it will only climb. However, it still gets 4 stars primarily because of the resident manager Mayra. Since she took over for the previous resident manager, the grounds and shared spaces remained very clean and she built a sense of community by sponsoring community gatherings (especially around holidays). Mayra was an excellent and caring manager and she will definitely take care of you. The community is quiet and safe. I just hope Mayra is paid well because the management company and property owner are drawing blood out of their long time, good standing residents and will only make more money every year you are there with those annual increases. Think….public storage rate model of apartments. Be prepared!

I hated to give up my back cottage but after 12 yrs I moved on . This is a good place , mayra is doing a great job and I highly recommend this place

Manager Mayra, has a terrible and unprofessional attitude, apart from the fact that she doesn't speak English well, she doesn't know how to communicate, and then she has her whole family living in these apartments, they rent apartments to her mom to her brother and her cousin and all her time she just spends walking her children

The manager here is very rude and disrespectful, very unprofessional, does not seem qualified what so ever in customer service and communication skills, I have also noticed things missing from my apt very strange, And suspect management entering my apt while I’m not home…I would consider renting elsewhere.

Rats come inside the house for 5 years, but their pest control have not been effective, all horrible mice sounds, now I observe mouse dung everywhere in the rooms, kitchen, on the dining table, on towel racks in the bathroom.
