ROSE ARBOR VILLAGE

Rose Arbor Village is a wonderful place! From the first time I set foot in the building I was impressed. Natalie greeted me and took the time to sit down with me and answer all of my many questions. I came back at a later date for a tour with Natalie and again I was impressed, with the friendly people, the cleanliness, the scheduled activities, the restaurant style dining and the accommodations. At a later date I brought my mom to see the place and she loved it! After the tour she told Natalie she wanted to live there! She ended up moving in to assisted living. She just told me the other day how much she loves her new apartment and how happy she is that she gets to live there! Those are great words for a daughter to hear, let me tell you! Everyone is friendly, kind and helpful as well as knowledgeable in their jobs. Residents are friendly as well. The food is really great! Chef Ken and his staff do a terrific job! The apartments in the assisted living building are really nice! There are many fun activities for my mom to choose from every day. I feel my mom is keeping her independence by living here. She doesn’t drive anymore, so since there are things to do and places to go right in the same building as her apartment is in she can go do pretty much what she wants to do! I highly recommend Rose Arbor Village! Sherry P

The Activities Department has truly been rocking it these past few months. There are so many wonderful activities happening throughout the building, and my mom is genuinely loving it here. It brings me so much comfort seeing how engaged and happy she is. A huge thank you to Cynthia and Cheyenne for always showing up with such care and enthusiasm and making sure my mom is entertained and included—she absolutely loves Mike Ely! And thank you to Paul for always making sure my mom gets to every doctor’s appointment and still has fun on the outings. Having my mom at Rose Arbor has been such a joy. I no longer worry about her, and that peace of mind means everything to me.

The team at Rose Arbor Village ceaselessly provide quality service and care to the older adults they serve. The staff continue to elevate both their offerings and practices utilizing both innovative technologies and proven staples to enhance the lives of their residents. It is clear to me that the team will quickly become admired within the industry and that Rose Arbor Village will be the sought provider for Senior Living Services in the Sacramento area.

The leadership team at Rose Arbor work well together and are a tight group. They truly care for one another. They treat their staff with respect and dignity. The community is always clean, and the residents seem happy and lively during their meals and daily activities. I enjoy visiting Rose Arbor Village.

Staff is superb! Dorbrin in particular has been extremely helpful - from the very beginning - hanging pictures. repairing small things and setting up TV. Love the activities with Cynthia - another real asset to the "VILLAGE".
