If you love and care for your family members please dont take them to this facility. Especially if they are sick with dimentia / memory loss. They wont bathe them and your family will smell due to the lack of care . They wake them up and throw clothes on them in the morning without washing or caring how they look. They might even starve to death.

Highly disappointed in the care for patients. There’s clear signs of neglect and lack of knowledge in the profession. Overall, workers need new trainings on how to properly treat and care for people .

Staff may need to be retrained on sanitation and the importance of accident prevention. Things that staff should have prior knowledge on as they should have proper certifications.

Oh god if i could rate this place 0 stars i would, just about all the staff that handle the memory care residents are terrible . Lack of experience, lack of remorse & are veryyy dismissive. Its an Unsanitary facility with lazy workers..

I am so very happy that someone recommended the Zebulon House for my loved one. They do an excellent job with keeping the residents active and entertained. The administration and staff is always willing to help in anyway they can. I highly recommend the Zebulon House.
