I was really pleased today. I visited a different location after an unprofessional experience at another store. This new place quickly got me in on the promo from the website. It was a relief to get things done fast after spending nearly 8 hours at the other location without results. Thank you again!

I had the opportunity to meet Luis in person at his office. He was professional, attentive, and incredibly patient. On two separate occasions, he personally walked me to view different climate-controlled units because I needed proper climate control to protect my instruments and sensitive belongings. He showed me different sizes, carefully explaining everything and answering all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. Luis genuinely cares about the tenants and their experience. The facility itself is extremely well maintained : spotless, clean, organized, and secure. With Luis’s guidance, I ultimately selected two climate-controlled units side by side. We were able to move our entire household furniture and belongings in smoothly and efficiently. Knowing that this clean and secure facility is supported by professionals like Luis gives me complete peace of mind leaving everything there. Thanks to Luis, the entire storage move-in process was seamless and stress-free. I also want to thank Jared, who checked on the units during move-in day, double-checked that everything was properly locked and secure, and ensured everything was safe. That extra attention and care truly meant a lot. #1089 was great! I stored some items here for about a year and a half and had a really good experience. It was always clean, no scary people hanging out, it was really mostly industry professionals so I was very happy with the price and the experience.

This place is great! Jarred T. Is super helpful, kind, and hard-working. He always goes the extra mile to be friendly and provide optimal customer service. The facility is well lit, clean, and has great lighting. It doesn't have that horror movie feel that many storage units that I have used in the past seem to have. I feel at home here safe coming here as a young woman alone, and that my things are well cared for and protected. Thanks extra space storage!
