We absolutely love Rose Hill. They take such a personal approach with their care. My parent is there and is so happy! The care givers are like family to my parent and us. It has been such a pleasure to be a part of this community. I would recommend Rose Hill to anyone…and have!!! It is such a treasure!!!

My mom passed away a year ago this July. She was diagnosed with dementia and we agreed to pay almost $5000 a month because they promised one on one care with a nurse. My mom refused to eat and, at one point, stopped taking her medication. I would NEVER recommend this place. They give you lots of promises but do nothing but complain when you ask for the care they promised. Also, one staff member stole money from my mom's phone, and when I told the owner, she said "well she shouldn't have any money on her." I believe all the staff should be investigated because i think they do some stuff that does not help the person but make the situation worse. I reported them to the state. We shall see what happens.

The lovely Mrs Ida. She was a great addition to the Rose Hill facility and created a lot of great memories for the Rose Hill staff and residents.

STOP! Before you send your loved one here, please read this entire rating!! Let the fact that they don’t accept insurance be your first red flag. That means they do not have to follow Medicare protocol. My loved one was rushed to the ER on 04/30/2023. A family decision was made that she would return home on hospice care. While still in the ICU, it was demanded that my loved ones belongings be out of the facility 05/02/2023. Mind you, the whole family was at the hospital, not knowing if our loved one would even be returning home for hospice care. After living there for 6 years, that was pretty low down & inconsiderate!! THEN, the family gets there to pick up her belongings & the staff was very rude & very argumentative over a rocking chair that has been in our family for over 50 years, claiming that it was NOT ours. We gathered old photographs that showed OUR family in & with the said rocking chair. My loved one also was left to sit in dirty diapers for lengthy periods of time, so often, to the point the only way to describe what her rear end looks like is scarring from being burned. It is a shame these people also kept my loved one dehydrated & just because she said she wasn’t hungry didn’t really mean she wasn’t. She also suffered involuntary weight loss from not being fed. They put on a facade while you go to visit your loved one but these are the FACTS of what goes on behind closed doors. That’s ok though - God sees & God knows, & EVERY dog has their day. I hope & pray this facility gets investigated & shut down, so other families & their loved ones do not have to experience this kind of abuse!!! Our elders should be cared for, loved, nurtured, & left with some sort of dignity. NOT undergo this type of abuse & unprofessional behavior during such trying times.

They took great care of my grandma until her last days! Would recommend for anyone having to make this decision! They are the only ones I trust!
