My mom spent 9 months at Rose Linn, starting in the Assisted Living, moving to Memory Care and finally in the Skilled Nursing Facility. No place is perfect and we had our moments however, I am so glad I found this place for her because she was happy and safe the last months of her life. As a RN and having worked in a number of care facilities, I know what is acceptable and what is not. I observed that the staff are very caring, I often saw them hugging her (you couldnt spend long around my mom with out hugs) and she them. I saw them being kind, caring and attentive to other residents in many ways. I also appreciated them having a stable staff in an industry with massive turnover. Hunter, Chandler, Tasha, Phyllis, Jovita, Annika, Kimberly, and many others (so sorry, I didnt remember all the names) became like family to my mom and to me. The facility was clean and my moms room never smelled (and it easily could have). I wasnt sure what to expect when she had a stroke and had to move to the SNF part of the facility, but once again, the staff were very attentive, obviously cared about the residents and the place was very clean (really important to me). We appreciated the extra touches with the amazing hospice team and the respect with with we were treated in moms final hours. While Rose Linn was a little farther from my home than I would have liked, it was worth it because I never had to worry about whether my mom was lonely, scared or unsafe. I knew that she was in great hands and that is worth a longer drive! I will miss my visits to Rose Linn, because I miss my mom but I also became attached to staff and residents and shall miss them. I hope they know how much they contributed to my moms quality of life and how much that meant to me. I would definitely recommend Rose Linn to anyone for any level of care needed.

My dad has been placed there i have left a review that I wasn't happy with the response. I came to see him like I do many times a week. His sweat pants were wet all the way to his knees. I brought him dinner because what you served him was horrible. The director mary was parked in the visitors spots yet again with her white lexis suv and I couldn't park there to get my dad out with his wheel chair which seems to be missing now for 3 weeks. I was going to take him on a drive but decided not to since she was parked crooked in 2 spots...these are for visitors and for the people whom live there. Not her. I do have to say that your med techs and caregivers are so kind to the residents. Phyllis, hunter and the two latino sisters are so very kind.

Would never put anyone in this place. Food was horrible. Owners and managers are awful. The care is horrible. We called the state for help Actually I see your response. Your owner had maintained throw our loved one’s stuff on the entryway. Locked our family member window shut. Plz don’t defend such horrible treatment
