I love this place. It’s like home filled with family that care for each other. Staff go the extra mile with the residents to make sure they get the best care. The residents become family and not just another number. The houses are small so everyone can get the cares they need and get the attention they deserve. Many would not have a home if it were not for Rose Terrace Cottages

I have been to quite a few other facilities in the area and the residents at the other facilities don’t seem very happy or content. When I came across this one the residents that live there were happy and enjoying the activities that were being done at the time! It is very clean and I loved the 3 house set up! Each house was well staffed!! Each house has a dinning room and kitchen along with a living room space and a laundry room for the residents to hangout when they don’t want to be in the rooms! It gives you more of a home vibe than most places and you can tell the staff members get along great with each other and really are family to those residents they care and help them with such respect and sensitivity! I would hands down recommend this place!

Rose Terrace earth angels It’s never easy in these situations but prayers have been answered. My family member has been struggling lifelong with mental health and has been homeless and in and out of hotels for over 10 years. It has felt like a hopeless journey, as I’ve been running out of options, until I called Rose Terrace Cottages. The ladies listen to me, understood my family members’ needs and since this was an issue they’ve dealt with, they kindly accepted my family members’ situation. With compassion, care and concern, these people helped guide me into getting my family member the care that’s been needed with a place to call home. Staff is around 24/7 and my family member gets 3 meals a day, help with showers and mental health help and understanding. Focusing on health and quality of life, Rose Terrace Cottages has been a blessing for my family and it’s taken a long road to get here. I have never seen my family member as clear minded, friendly, and genuinely content in a very long time. I can’t thank these people enough and am forever grateful that they gave my family member the help and care we’ve been looking for. The Rose Terrace Cottage team is incredible, kind and patient. Thanks to them, my family member is not homeless and is being taken care of mentally, physically, and supported spiritually. My family is happy to have found this place, it’s been a blessing and a perfect fit for my family member.

DO NOT PUT YOUR PAERNT HERE... This place is a mess. It's unorganized, the staff isn't trained at all. The owner is an absolute nightmare. They put your parent in a room and wait for them to die. My mother was put here while I was stationed overseas and I'm ready to fight the individual whom left her here. She's been taken to the hospital due to lack of nutrition in her diet, and lack of care to her body, they don't assist the residents at all. The staff doesn't even know the location of the main office, which isn't even on Google!! 421 E Coeur D Alene Ave for those who are looking.. They wouldn't let her request her own transfer to a better facility. I called their phone 12 times with no answer, had to wait an hour and a half after the hours of operation to see an employee enter the building and the lady was not in any way helpful. No person under employment here, to include the owner know anything about better care. Send your parents to Life Care Centers if they have openings. Send them to your cousin in Alabama for God's sake. But if you care in the slightest about yourself, or your Family, DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE THE TIME OF DAY..
