ROSECASTLE OF CITRUS

My mom moved to Compass Rose in March 2024, she was there for 15 months. Sadly she passed away this June. When we placed her at Compass Rose we felt completely confident that this was the best place for her to be. We were right! Compass Rose is not a facility. It is a family! It would take up too much space to list all the different staff members and caretakers that made a difference in her life and in ours. Just wanted to thank all of you there for what you did for her the whole time. You were there for her and you were there for us. I have so many pictures on my phone of the different activities that she was able to participate in and a smile on her face. I will treasure them forever. I posted on my phone when she initially moved in so I could not post another one, So I am posting this on my husband's phone and he feels the same way. Thank you all so much! Much love and appreciation to you all!

I cannot express how much my family appreciated the quality of care that was given to my dad. Not only physically but also mentally. He was treated with respect, compassion and most of all love. It’s a very hard decision putting your loved one into someone else’s care but it was a lot easier knowing he was in a place where the staff went above and beyond, especially as his needs grew. This also includes the office staff that was always responsive, helpful and understanding.

The staff at Rosecastle of Citrus has been awesome with the care of my Mom. It is always clean & such a nice welcoming feel when you drive up to the facility & enter the lobby. Everyone is so helpful & has taken great care of my Mom. I am so happy that we found her a good home,

If you're looking for an outstanding assisted living/ memory care, you can stop looking because Compass Rose is it. After looking at several other places, we fell in love with Compass Rose. Our mom has been living there since March and it is amazing to see how well she is doing. The staff is incredible from The director Amanda, marketing director Melissa, their head nurse Narissa and all the nursing staff are amazing and caring. Their maintenance and tech support are always there when needed, the laundry and cleaning lady do an excellent job. Her room is always clean and she gets her right clothes back. The best part is most of the staff has been there very long time. And it is all inclusive. No surprise bills. No extra charges that you weren't expecting. Thank you for you all for everything you do for our mom!

I have met a few of the employees when I went there for a mobile notary appt. and they are all so sweet. The place is clean and beautifully decorated for holidays. They have a holiday tree that was decorated for Easter which was absolutely gorgeous. (I wish I got a picture) 🍊🧡
