Rosetta Of Burley

Updated review: If the owners of Rosetta read this, I'd like to say that in the past year, for the time I have been a part of the community at Rosetta, there have been phenomenal caregivers and management staff there. So many caring and talented individuals. But there has been a lot of turnover. These staff members deserve recognition and reward for their efforts. And if the owners would give raises or bonuses to these people who are giving it their all, more employees might be able to stay. This would give greater continuity and peace to the residents there. I know there are many reasons people may need to make job changes. No one asked me to write this. I just have a lot of respect for people that used to work there and for people who work there now. I hope they can feel appreciated. Jan 2023: I have a family member who lives at Rosetta in Burley. We come in often, and he is well-cared for. The staff are kind and reassuring to people who have dementia. It is a small assisted living facility. I think around 13 residents. Looks like a home and is run like a home inside. Some of the staff members are related to each other so I think that helps it feel more homey too. The staff members make a big difference, because they really take the time to learn about the residents and respond to them to help them feel safe and more comfortable. There is not a nurse on-site most of the time, but the Rosetta nurse does come in to check on residents' needs regularly and the staff are in communication with her. Administration and staff have been easy to communicate with and open to feedback when we have shared any concerns. My family enjoys interacting with the other residents there as well. Most of them hang out in the main room and watch TV together. I am very grateful we found Rosetta.

This facility is wonderful! The staff are great and the administrator takes time to listen to all questions asked. Highly recommend this facility for any loved ones who have Memory care needs!

My great grandma lives here and I really like the staff and other residents. The staff are great with making sure things are done. It's nice when you see the caregivers really care about the residents!! Great job Rosetta

Amazing facility! Always looks clean. I love going there. The residents always look like they are happy and the staff is amazing! I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a dementia facility.
