I put my father in Rosetta Assisted living because he was experiencing some personal issues. The reason I selected Rosetta was because it was a block from our house and I could walk to visit him daily. When going over the details of his stay I specifically asked the administrator if my father was to pass before his monthly fees had run out would they prorate the remainder of the fees due. She said oh yeh. We will make sure you recieve the days you had paid for that were not used. We had 10 days of credit owed when he passed and they refused to pay the remainder of that month. Totaling over $1.300. I waited and waited for the payment to finally get a call back after many calls saying that they were not going to honor their commitment. I had a witness with me the day we admitted him. I am currently seeking a family Attorney to recover the loss. My father had also fallen out of bed on 4 different occasions during the night and after the 2nd time I requested a bed with a safety rail, They told me they couldn't put one in his room. He then fell out 2 more times and they still didn't produce a bed with a rail. This man was 96 years old and wasn't able to pick himself up off the floor to get himself back in bed.I can only imagine what could have happened if he was to hit his head on the bed frame ect...They didn't make routine rounds to check on the residents. I once asked my father how long before they came in and found him and he told me a long time. They have 3 barking dogs that bark at everyone who rings the doorbell and at other times too. All the heater vents in the whole building are all rusted out and look disgusting and filthy. They halted medications without informing family. Sometimes I would wait for 5 minutes for someone to answer the front door while visiting And same when I went to leave. I couldnt find someone to let me out. There was one good staff member there her name was Rhonda she was good. Our family also had another health care person to come in 5 days a week to give our father some extra company and give the Rosetta girls extra time to attend to their other patients. I suggest if your looking for a Health Care provider you should pass on this business. Most of the residents are funded by the state and believe me you will see it all visiting this Phylicity. It reminds me more like a mental institution. People wandering around aimlessly with blank looks on their faces. Don't let the smiles and phony behavior by the administrative staff fool you. They have played this deceitful game before. That's one thing their professionals at. I could write book on this subject. So plan on the second chapter soon.

This facility has been around for a long time. It is an older building which can be off putting at first. Once you step inside this little facility, you feel right at home. It does not feel like a facility or an institute. The residents are clean, happy and well cared for. The staff are happy and well cared for and the administration takes time to get to know each resident in order to provide a tailor made care experience for loved ones. The staff is always friendly when they answer the door and always willing to help or answer questions. I highly recommend this facility if you are looking for loving, compassionate caregivers to care for your loved ones.

We took our mom from another assisted living facility in Pocatello, Idaho due to lack of care, (Quail Ridge) the more we paid the quality of care depleted, So we talked to friends who had family members at Rosetta, and they told us how happy they were with the quality of care, We moved our mother to Rosetta where she lived out the rest of her life, HAPPY and taken care of, They also treated us as family. We were so pleased withe the treatment our family received. I can not thank them enough for the love the gave our mom and our family.

The whole staff was outstanding. Their attitude was very positive and always focused on caring for their residents. I highly recommend this facility and appreciate the excellent care they gave my father.

Our aunt was at Rosetta in Pocatello for a little over a year. All the caregivers there are so patient and kind and I felt that they really loved her. It was very comforting to know she was in good hands. It is also a beautiful facility - very homelike and a joy to visit her there.
