Such an amazing environment! The staff are so patient and understanding. It is a small facility and feels like a home rather than a hospital. Each resident gets such specialized care for their own special needs. They are VERY knowledgeable about Alzheimer's/dementia and always find creative ways to make the residents comfortable. Lisa Junod keeps such a close eye on every little detail of her facility to make sure everything is being done to the highest possible standards. I absolutely love this place. I would not trust any other facility to care for one of my family members.

The staff at Rosetta - all the staff- are loving, caring, compassionate people. I am so grateful that my husband is surrounded by them. They treat him with dignity, respect, love, compassion, patience. Lisa and everyone else have eased the way for me and my family to survive during this most difficult of times. It is a pleasure to visit and find Robert smiling and happy. He is clean, his room clean, they find his lost items, they play his favorite music during his showers! How cool is that! I am grateful that they call me when there is the slightest issue so we can all handle things in a timely way. I visited other Assisted Living homes before placing Robert. When I visited Rosetta I saw what real "caregiving" looked like. Its the people who make a place. And the people at Rosetta are amazing!

Rosetta is the best dementia facility I know. They take great care of our mother ! The staff is very friendly and nice, it feels like a family oriented place. I have no worries about leaving my mother in there hands. It has taken a lot of stress off of me and my sister, knowing that she is in good hands. I would highly recommend Rosetta ! Thank you all for taking great care of our Mom !

Rosetta’s friendly staff will greet you every time to walk in the door. They love and care for their residents like they are members of their own families. I love how well the staff knows each resident, it really improves their quality of life. This building is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood and has been newly remodeled. There is a spacious backyard with a walking path and sitting area that is just lovely this time of year.

I don't know if there are enough words to describe our love for the staff at Rosetta. In one of the hardest times of our life, realizing we needed assistance with my mother-in-law, Lisa helped guide us, answer any questions we may had and was an amazing advocate for my mother-in-law Angie. Living in another state was terrifying for us, being so far away. The only way we made it through was the loving staff at Rosetta. They always answered our calls, they always kept us updated and they had a genuine love and affection for Angie that was priceless. If you haven't been through this situation before then there is no way to explain that the staff's ability to let us sleep at night is a gift that I hope they understand the importance of. Being able to function, being able to go about our work and needs knowing she was not only taken care of, but cared for is the greatest thing anyone could ever do for us, and they did that. They allowed us to step out of the role of caregiver and just be family. We got to enjoy what time we had without the stress of what to do or how to do it. I have worked in this industry for a while and I can honestly say this particular group and this particular home is special. I have been in places where the staff is just trying to get through the day, through the shift and they do the minimum required of their job. That is where she was when Lisa had an opening and I knew if Lisa wasn't able to take her then she would be gone within a month or so. What Lisa and her staff gave us was time, and that is the only thing in this situation worth value. They are angels and to us, we hold them in the highest regard.
