I am not a visitor of the facility nor do I have anyone living here. I am a truck driver based out of St. Louis and was in need of visiting the ER across the street. The hospital did not have adequate parking for my semi truck so after 3 laps of the hospital trying to find parking I came across to your facility and hoped for the best as I walked up to the front desk and asked the 2 ladies there if I could park in an area out of the way to walk over to the ER…which they kindly allowed me to do. I failed to get their names but I do appreciate their helpfulness.

Rosewalk assisted living is horrible. They do not give medicine on correctly. The state has been there several times to assist because residents were not getting proper care. The medicine nurses have had a high turn over in the last 2 years. My brother died 2-21-2025. He couldn't bounce back from his medicine not giving to him properly. The dr at methodist even made a point to call to tell me it's important to get his medicine. I have proof of this. It doesn't bring my brother back. Rosewalk said he had a stroke. He did not he needed his medicine. Then he went to rehab at Rosewalk and died 4 days later. He said the whole time he lived there. When you go to rehab, nursing home building you die. I never shouldn't have sent him there. Keep up on your loved one there. They have a high turn over employees. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES THERE.
