ROSEWOOD ASSISTED LIVING

I would not recommend this place for your loved ones. My aunt was placed in this facility. I went to visit her Saturday, November 26, 2022. As I walked through the door all you could smell was urine. My aunt was in the end stages of COPD and was dependent on oxygen, we walked in her room, her nasal cannula was laying in the floor, nurse claimed she lost a piece that connected the 2 hoses. We got a phone call 24 hours later that she had passed because she kept taking off her oxygen, and they called my mom about 8pm Sunday night. So you're telling me, you don't check on patients except when meds is given. My aunt suffocated because failure to check on her to make sure she had her oxygen on.

HORRIBLE. These people had two residents stranded at a closed facility and will not answer the phone. Three workers called for an hour from a near by facility they had to WALK to. Very sad. They should be ashamed.

I wish there was a 0 star rating! We just took my aunt out of this place . This place stinks as soon as you go inside .The staff cuss at the patients.. They do NOT care for the patients

This place is terrible don't send ypur relatives here. My mom was there 3 years and wasn't properly taken care of and died today. All the owner Kim does it take people checks.
