Rosewood Assisted Living

As a individual concerned for the well being of the elderly I have to say, The staff here is extremely careless!! There has been multiple patients found near or in the middle of the highway located right infront of facility and no one seemed to care when patients are brought back to their "care" from road. Like it was completely okay for them to be yelling help from the highway. No empathy for the elderly staying there it's actually quite frightening for themselves,nearby neighbors and the town of harmony. Let's do better and care for one another even a little bit !

The staff are awesome!!! The place is kept very clean everyone does their job and the residents are well taken care of and are loved by the staff!

They are very unorganized and very dirty! I saw feces all over a residents door and smeared across the hallway. I mentioned it to a Med tech and they laughed. As soon as you walk through the door you smell urine! The staff was very disrespectful! The residents were treated with no respect & none of the staff took their jobs seriously. Management also does not take their staff seriously, as in sending texts to "terminate" their better & more caring staff.

The WORST facility I have ever been to!! DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!! They have piss poor management. Nancy, the manager yells at residents and staff!! She talks down to them!! The staff is rude, judging, and drama filled!! If you walk by the med room or even by a care member 9 times out of 10 they are on their phone or talking about what their boyfriend or husband did last week. If you ask them a question they get snappy. They are always on smoke break. They hardly ever wear gloves nor wear wash hands. I watched someone handled towels with bowel movement on them then touch a resident.

Very clean facility! They provide exceptional person-centered care for any type of individual. The staff are outgoing and hardworking! The management is great! I love that it's out in the country and not in the middle of everything. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for long term care for a loved one!
