Our family was blessed to have Sheen & Isiah come into our lives. Sheen first cared for my mom when she was providing in-home care. When it came time that mom need 24/7 care Helping Hands Sr Care was our #1 choice to know my mom would be in the best of hands. The staff was amazing, treating my mom so well & caring for her. I would recommend this residential home to anyone in need of care for their lived one.

We were so blessed to have Helping Hands care for our father. The facility is staffed by generous, kind people who made sure our dad was well taken care of. The home is immaculate and the staff always went the extra mile, answered all of our questions, and kept us updated when we couldn’t be there. Thank you so much for being so exceptional!

My brother who is the landlord for this business was holding my mother here against her will. She would cry to me everytime I would talk to her that she wanted to leave and when I tried to pick her up they wouldn't let her leave. They called the police on me and my brother had the caregivers deny me access to her. Then they moved her and still won't tell me where she is. The care home is helping him to hide her from me so they can sell her house right from under her and collect the proceeds. Sheen the coordinator has lied to me multiple times to restrict my access according to my brother's wishes and has ignored my mom's wishes all together. It's extremely upsetting.

They treated my Mom like a Queen. Staff always made sure she had enough to eat and drink. She was very happy there, and her 97th Birthday was very memorable. Staff goes the extra mile with the patient's and doesn't leave them yelling or screaming for help. Usually two on board for 6 residents at all times. I Miss my mom being there. The best care home in Merced County. You wont be disappointed.
